By purchasing any service, you are agreeing to the following:

This website is not a digital product. To process your order, you must fill out the account setup form so a representative of ASBA Creative Studio can begin working on your website and add your content and photos to the theme. Our websites are built on the WordPress platform using the Divi Builder. These base items cannot be changed at any point in time.

Images and Logo
The website does not include a logo design and photos. You can submit commercial free images like images from http://pexels.com for your website.

Billing
The website product is billed at a monthly or yearly fee, as stated on the pricing page and also requires a one-time set fee at the beginning of the project. Payments begin at the time of launch. First month’s payment or yearly payment must be paid in full before launch. If the subscription is cancelled for any reason or payment has not been made after 30 days, the website is deleted.

Website Updates
You have the option of updating the logo, colors, text, and photos of the theme before launch. Any additional customizations will be made after launch. Updates are included in the monthly payment and include 1 hour of change time per month. Updates and maintenance include page text updates, menu updates, photo updates, and backups. Updates do not include design work, theme updates, plugins, and advanced functionality. Any such updates will be charged at $75/hour. If more than one hour of updates are required a fee of 75/hour will be charged. All updates to the website are handled by ASBA Creative Studio unless you say otherwise. Any issues that arise after you have updated the website yourself will be charged at $75/hr to be fixed. All website content must be ready to go before project starts.

Hosting
Package includes hosting but does not include a domain name. You must provide a domain name you own at the start of the project. 

Plugins
There are plugins installed in each theme for tutorials, social media, testimonials, galleries and forms, however plugin support is not provided by us, as plugins are developed by 3rd party vendors. There would be an attempt to contact the vendor for support. If support is not provided after 3 days of the complaint, the plugin will be changed in your theme.

Email Opt-in Forms
For all opt in forms, we will create an account for you with our affiliate, MailerLite unless otherwise stated in account setup form.

Timeframe
The project should take approximately 1 week to complete based on a smooth process. If additional information is needed from you, you will be contacted up to 3 times (voicemails included). After no response, if no work has begun on your project, 50% of your set up fee will be refunded.
